CCACC下屬泛亞義務門診部（“泛亞”），是蒙郡”社會安全網絡內的醫療單位（safety net clinic）”。作為蒙郡基礎聯盟項目的成員，泛亞長期與蒙郡政府合作，為蒙郡的弱勢群體提供必要的醫療服務。自今年二月底開始，CCACC已經多次為按照蒙郡疫苗注射優先組別的安排，為近700名年長者注射了莫多納新冠疫苗的第一針。CCACC計劃在蒙郡持續供應疫苗的情況下，在未來幾個月裡繼續為有困難得到疫苗的民眾注射新冠疫苗。
隨著蒙郡疫苗注射優先級別的開放，CCACC也著手計劃為社區裡的華裔、亞裔小企業重要工種（比如超市，飯店等等）的員工提供疫苗注射。我們預計會在今年四月中下旬開始為重要工種的一線員工提供疫苗注射服務。
我們會以蒙郡的小型企業為單位為單位，由企業的負責人向提供該單位的工作人員名單以及其他登記的資料。 一旦蒙郡政府提供疫苗，我們會电话聯絡已登記的人士，完成疫苗注射以及預約疫苗接種的時間。進行新冠疫苗注射，個人無需負擔任何的費用。但是根據聯邦法律的要求，我們需要登記疫苗者的個人信息和保險信息。 對於居住在蒙郡，沒有保險的居民，我們可以協助登記進蒙郡政府醫療保險Montgomery Care 項目(該項目給蒙郡的低收入，沒有保險者提供的基本的醫療保障)。登記以後，無保險的居民也可以免費得到疫苗注射。

As a partner with Department of Health, Montgomery County, CCACC is planning to provide vaccination for employees of small businesses in the community with essential work (such as supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) as vaccine is available. We hope to be able serve the front-line essential workers in mid-to-late April this year.

According to federal law, there will be no fee to the individual for the vaccine and the vaccination process. However, we do need to collect personal information and insurance information for registration purposes. For residents who live in Montgomery County without insurance, we will provide assistance with enrollment in the Montgomery Care Program of Montgomery County Government. This program provides essential medical service for low-income, uninsured Montgomery County residents.
