Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is a virtual training session that equips adults with the knowledge and skills to support young people experiencing mental health or substance‑use challenges. Participants learn about common youth mental health concerns, key aspects of adolescent development, and a proven five‑step action plan for recognizing signs of distress and responding effectively. The training helps caregivers, educators, parents, and community members build confidence, improve communication, and provide timely support to the youth in their lives.

Building Better Caregivers (BBC)

Building Better Caregivers (BBC) is an evidence‑based online workshop designed to support those caring for someone living with TBI, PTSD, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory‑related conditions. The program equips caregivers with practical tools to manage stress, communicate effectively, navigate challenging behaviors, and make informed care decisions. Participants also gain emotional support and connection through a community of caregivers who understand their experiences.

The Chronic Pain Self‑Management Workshop (CPSMP) is an interactive online program designed to help individuals living with ongoing pain build confidence, develop practical coping strategies, and improve daily well‑being. Participants learn effective approaches for managing symptoms, reducing stress, and strengthening self‑care habits, all within a supportive environment of peers who understand the challenges of chronic pain.

Diabetes Self-Management Program

The Diabetes Self‑Management Workshop (DSMP) is a supportive, interactive online program designed to help individuals living with diabetes build healthier habits to better manage their condition. Participants learn practical strategies for healthy eating, blood‑sugar management, long‑term wellness, and problem‑solving, all while connecting with peers who understand the challenges of living with diabetes.
