• 發球需斜向，從右側發球區開始

• 發球需越過非截擊區（廚房區）

• 球需落地一次後，接球方才能擊球

• 接發球後也需落地一次才能擊球（稱為「雙彈跳規則」）

• 發球方得分後，發球者需換邊繼續發球

• 截擊（球未落地即擊球）僅限於非截擊區外進行

• 截擊必須在雙彈跳規則完成後才能進行

失誤即違反規則，導致比賽中止。

• 發球方失誤，失去發球權（若雙方皆已發球則為換邊）
  常見失誤包括：

• 發球落在非截擊區（含邊線）

• 球出界

• 球未越過網子

• 在非截擊區內進行截擊

• 未遵守雙彈跳規則即截擊

• 球擊中球員、衣物或其他物品，未落地

• 球員、衣物或球拍在比賽中碰觸網子

• 球員、衣物或球拍在截擊時碰觸非截擊區

• You can only score points when your team is serving.

• The server says the score out loud before serving.

• Always say your team’s score first.

• In doubles, after the score, say "1" or "2" to show which server you are.

• A player keeps serving until their team makes a fault.

• Games are played to 11 points, and you must win by 2.

Doubles Rules:

• Each player on a team gets a turn to serve.

• When both players on a team make a fault, the other team gets to serve.
  (This is called a Side Out.)

• At the start of a new game, the first team to serve only gets one turn (only one player serves before it becomes a Side Out).
