About the Event
The Circle of Security Workshop: A Roadmap to Understanding Children’s Social and Emotional Needs
Participants will:
- Follow a visual map of children’s behaviors when relating to self/others
- Introduce concepts of the attachment relationship (attachment giving, attachment seeking, and exploration)
- Define at least three core lifelong capacities that children will benefit from when engaged in a secure attachment with caregivers
